When you hire a cocktail bartender, it is recommended to book them 30 minutes prior to your guests arrival to set-up accordingly.
Hire A Bartender By The Hour
Cocktail bartenders are available to be hired for a minimum of 3 hours per day. Special rates will apply for multi-days bookings, such as Expo's, Conferences and Trade Shows!
Each bookings includes the following:
- One skilled cocktail bartender to manage the drinks service
- The barware tools: shakers, strainer, jigger, bar spoon & muddler
- Help with your drinks menu & shopping list
Each cocktail bartender is able to handle a party of 25/30 guests. Additional bar staff are required for bigger crowds.

Cocktail Bartenders by the hour, Dry Hire and All Inclusive mobile bar packages - we have it all. Select the option which suits you best and secure the date. Placing a last minute booking is also doable, but not recommended. For peace of mind, we advice you to hire your bartender 3 - 4 weeks in advance.

How much to hire a bartender?
Rough pricing for our bartender service.
Cocktails are our passion, and at your event we focus on making your party a memorable cocktail encounter.
One professional bartender for up to 3 hours per booking including all the cocktail making equipment required. Fees are valid from January to November, December rates will be confirmed at enquiry stage.
Where applicable, the travel fees will be confirmed at enquiry stage and will be added to the bill.
Daily rates will apply where one or more cocktail bartenders are booked for a minimum of 2 consecutive days for 6 hours or more.
Payable directly to the bartender if your event will finish past 10.30pm.
